Opened Ironworks in 2016 after ten years as a physical therapy assistant. She watches knees and lower backs closer than anyone.

Your first week is free. Every class is capped at 12 lifters, so a coach sees every rep and fixes it before it turns into a habit.

You’re on the Board
Five Lifters BookedOne Open Spot
New here? Your first class is part of your free week.
Every class starts with a warm-up that matches the lifts of the day, then the coach splits the room by experience. You lift with people at your level and the coach walks the row.
Your first two weeks start here. We teach the squat, hinge, press and carry with a dowel or an empty bar, and we write down where you start.
Mon, Wed and Fri at 4:30 PM. Sat at 9:00 AM.
Squat, bench, deadlift and press, one lift per class. Light weights, lots of reps and a coach who stops you after the first bad one.
Weekdays at noon and 7:30 PM.
A twelve-week program built on the big lifts. Your coach writes your weights on the board each day, and we test your numbers at the end of each block.
Weekdays at 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Sat at 8:00 AM.
The same lifts with a longer warm-up and more time on balance and getting up off the floor. Plenty of our members started lifting after 60.
Tue and Thu at 9:00 AM.
Sleds, kettlebells, rowers and the jump rope. Hard work in short rounds, scaled so the person next to you and you both finish.
Weekdays at 6:30 PM.
No class plan, but a coach is on the floor. Bring your program from class or ask for one.
Sat 10 AM to 1 PM.
We have three full-time coaches, and you keep the same one. Your coach learns your lifts and your old injuries, and remembers what you said you wanted on day one.
