AC Tune-Up
Coils cleaned, refrigerant checked, drain line flushed. $119, or free on the Two-Visit Plan.
Leaks and Burst Pipes
We stop the water first, then find the leak, even under a slab or inside a wall. $89 to find it.
Drains
Kitchen, tub, toilet and main lines. $149 flat for most clogs, and we say so before we start.
Heating and Hot Water
Furnace and Heat Pump Repair
No heat, short cycling or a burning smell. Most repairs run $150 to $400 after the $89 visit.
Heating Tune-Up
Burners, flame sensor and a carbon monoxide check before the first cold night. $119, or free on the plan.
Water Heaters
Tank and tankless repair, and same-day replacement for most 40 and 50 gallon tanks.

We come in April to get the AC ready for summer, and in October to check the heat before the first cold front. Members skip the $89 visit fee all year and pay 15 percent less for repairs.
