Class Schedule

Book from your phone and cancel up to two hours before class. The dock classes move inside if it rains.

    Classes

Every class on the schedule is one of three speeds. Pick the one that matches the day you are having.

    1. Older students holding a slow pose with blocks and a bolster

      Gentle

Slow stretching and long holds, with blocks and bolsters doing some of the work. A good first class, and a good one after an injury.

    2. A class standing with arms raised in the bright studio

      All Levels

A steady flow most people can follow. The teacher shows an easier and a harder way into the tricky poses.

    3. A class holding triangle pose by the tall studio windows

      Strong

A faster, warmer class with more time on your feet. Come to a few All Levels classes first.

    On the Dock

Two students on the wooden dock over the still lake at sunrise

From April to October, Sunrise Flow and Sunset on the Dock meet on our dock behind the studio. Sunrise Flow starts about twenty minutes before the sun comes up, so you see it rise over the water.

Tomorrow the sun comes up at 7:22 AM.
