Setup is included, and so are hosting, maintenance, updates and your dashboard. With a 6-month commitment.

Up to 12 pages. Every 5 more pages add $5 a month.

$500 once

We build the site and its dashboard and hand them over. You host it yourself, or we host it for $20 a month. Updates come with the monthly plan.

Up to 12 pages. Each extra page is $10.

Send the Start My Website form: your name, your business and how you would like to pay.
We build it from what your business already has: your name, photos, prices and hours.
We launch it. Your domain stays in your name, your email keeps working, and we switch over at a quiet hour.
Then it’s $100 a month with a 6-month commitment. Or, if we built it once, nothing more, unless we host it for $20 a month.

On the Monthly Plan: Hosting, your dashboard for bookings, orders and requests, the security certificate, backups, uptime monitoring, changes, live within 2 business days, most within an hour, the monthly audit.
Changes, for Example: A new doctor or nurse practitioner joining. Flu shot season and holiday hours. A new self-pay price.
Pages: Up to 12 pages on either plan. On the monthly plan, every 5 more pages add $5 a month. On a site built once, each extra page is $10.
Not Included: Domain renewal, email, third-party fees such as Stripe or Shopify, and large new features, which we quote first.
What Stays Yours: Your domain, text and photos are always yours. On the monthly plan, the design and code stay with Runway Pages unless you buy them out. A site built once is handed over to you.
