See what changed in a supplier's new price list before you update your records.

Load the list you use now and the one the supplier just sent. The checker matches products by code and shows every increase and decrease, what is new, what is missing, and the rows a person should look at first. Your files are read in this browser and are never uploaded.

The price list you are using now.

The price list the supplier just sent.

CSV or XLSX files up to 20 MB, with up to 50,000 rows below the header. Workbooks with macros or passwords are not supported.

What it catches

  • Price increases and decreases, with the change in money and percent.
  • Codes that appear in only one of the two lists.
  • Duplicate codes and rows with no code, which it refuses to guess about.
  • Changed pack sizes and currencies, flagged instead of compared.
  • Prices it cannot read, such as "n/a" or a blank cell.
  • Gross margin before and after, if you add your selling price.

What stays on your computer

The files are opened by this page inside your browser. They are not sent to a server, stored online, or read by any AI service. If you ask it to, the page saves your column choices in this browser so the next update from the same supplier is faster. Privacy details.

What the report contains

An .xlsx workbook with a summary sheet and every row, including the source row numbers in each file, the columns you chose, and the calculation version. How the numbers are worked out.
