The service

Supplier Price Check compares two price lists that you provide and shows the differences. It is run by Min Park of Runway Pages in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. During the beta it is free, nothing is charged, and no account is needed.

Results are a starting point for review

The checker reports differences between the two files as they are written. It does not know your supplier agreements, discounts, freight terms or which list is correct. You are responsible for checking the results against the supplier's documents before you change prices, orders or records. The checker is not guaranteed to catch every change or error, and a file that is formatted unexpectedly can produce wrong results. How it works explains what it does and does not do.

Your files

Only use files you have the right to use. Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded, as described in the privacy page.

Beta changes

Features, limits and availability may change during the beta, and the service may be paused or stopped. If paid plans are introduced, the prices and terms will be shown before anything is charged.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Runway Pages and Min Park are not liable for any loss, including lost profit or incorrect pricing, that results from using or being unable to use the service.

Fair use

Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
